Position Overview
The Help Desk Technician will provide remote technical support to ensure smooth operation of all technology systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide remote assistance for software and hardware issues.
- System Maintenance: Assist with maintaining systems, including software updates and troubleshooting.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve technical issues by identifying root causes and applying solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tickets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25+ per hour (depending on experience).
