The Commercial & Specialized Industries (C&SI) is seeking a dynamic individual to join its Finance and Business Management (F&BM) organization as a Business Management Associate, supporting the Healthcare, Higher Ed and Not-for-Profit (HHN) business, generating over $700 million in annual revenue. Business Management optimizes business performance by driving key initiatives and acting as trusted advisors to Business/Group Heads. The role involves identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks, and varies according to the priorities of different lines of business. The selected candidate will partner with the business management team and senior leaders in the HHN organization, bringing a strong understanding of sales and financial operations to drive strategic dialogue, inform decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insight and business judgment in support of strategic and tactical initiatives. This high-profile position is instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and coordinating the deployment of the bank's corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.

Furthermore, you will pursue opportunities for continuous process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutions, while managing portfolio, segmentation, planning, and growth initiatives using CRM and other sales enablement tools and processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and partner with the HHN Business Management Lead and HHN Banking Team to help drive business agenda and priorities; create business plans and strategic roadmap.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including Finance and Analytics teams, to assess business performance, define drivers of outcomes, identify areas of opportunity, and develop execution plans to drive change.
- Deliver actionable, data-driven insights that help optimize business performance with a focus on profitability, expense management, and operating efficiency.
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutions.
- Execute portfolio management, segmentation, planning, and growth efforts using CRM and other sales enablement tools and processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business management, or general management;
- Strong analytic, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with ability to navigate senior audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to execute strategic agenda and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Demonstrated acumen and comfort navigating multiple, large data sets to surface insights and translate to actionable strategies.
- Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests.
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work with a high degree of independence.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with JPMC CRM, dashboard, and data systems is a plus.
