Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4 first-line sales managers across the Americas region.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute regional GTM strategies.

  • Translate corporate objectives into actionable regional sales plans and initiatives.

  • Revenue Growth & Forecasting

  • Own regional sales targets and pipeline generation goals.

  • Drive accurate forecasting, territory planning, and sales productivity.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

  • Team Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier sales talent.

  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Lead training and development initiatives to improve team effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, RevOps, and Product to align on campaigns, feedback loops, and customer needs.

  • Serve as the voice of the field to inform product roadmap and strategy.

  • Process & Technology

  • Ensure effective use of sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach) and adherence to sales methodologies (MEDDPICC).

  • Drive operational excellence through scalable processes and repeatable best practices.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, including 3+ years managing first-line sales managers.

  • Proven success scaling sales teams and achieving multi-million-dollar ARR targets.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, and enterprise/SMB sales motions.

  • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a high-growth environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working across geographically dispersed teams.

  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies.

  • Experience in HR/People market is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$227,500.00

Maximum:

$508,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
