Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership:
Define and own the multi-year UES strategy and annual operating plan for FF Robotics, with full accountability for revenue, contribution margin, user acquisition cost, and lifetime value targets. - Go-to-Market Architecture:
Design and orchestrate an integrated GTM model spanning FF Par retail, direct sales, ecommerce, content commerce, MarCom sales, and community sales, ensuring each channel has a clear role, a clear economic model, and clear hand-offs. - Organization Leadership:
Lead, hire, and develop a senior leadership team including the Head of User Acquisition, Sr. Directors of FF Par & Direct Sales, Ecommerce, Content Commerce, MarCom Sales, Community Sales, and the Head of User Operation. - User Lifecycle Ownership:
Own the full user journey from awareness to advocacy for Robotics; partner with Product, AI, and Service teams to translate user insight into product roadmap, pricing, packaging, and service design. - Channel Innovation:
Pioneer new commerce models for embodied-AI products, including livestreaming-led launches, AI-personalized configurators, immersive retail experiences, and community-led growth motions. - Cross-Functional Leadership:
Operate as the senior commercial counterpart to Robotics Product, Engineering, AI, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand leaders, ensuring commercial input shapes product, pricing, and launch decisions. - Performance System:
Establish a unified UES performance system (north-star metrics, KPI/OKR cascade, and a single source of truth for funnel, conversion, retention, and channel economics) that is reviewed weekly with executive leadership. - Global & Regional Expansion:
Sequence market entry across North America, Greater China, and other priority regions, balancing brand positioning, regulatory readiness, and local channel partnerships. - Capital Efficiency & Unit Economics:
Drive disciplined investment across paid media, retail footprint, content production, and community programs; protect contribution margin while scaling top-line growth. - Executive Reporting & Governance:
Represent the Robotics UES function to the CEO, Board, and investor audiences, including quarterly business reviews, launch readiness gates, and strategic milestone communications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience:
15+ years in commercial leadership across consumer technology, premium consumer goods, electric vehicles, smart hardware, or robotics, including 5+ years leading multi-channel sales organizations at a Senior Director or VP level. - Education:

Experience building and leading a leadership team of 5+ Director-level reports across geographies. - Data & AI:
Strong fluency with funnel analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent), and AI-enabled commerce tooling; able to challenge analyses, not just consume them. - Adaptability:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience launching a 0-to-1 hardware or robotics product into consumer or prosumer markets.
