Reporting to: President, Biosimilars Development, Manufacturing & Supply.
Lead the strategic agenda for Biosimilars Development, Manufacturing & Supply, acting as Chief of Staff to the President of the unit and ensuring alignment across development, manufacturing, and supply.
Drive integrated end-to-end strategy, translating long-term ambition into actionable plans with focus on capacity planning, operations, and performance.
Major accountabilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Shape and execute end-to-end biosimilars strategic action plans across development, manufacturing and supply
Act as Chief of Staff: support leadership governance, decision-making and Executive Committee materials
Lead capacity and network strategy (DS/DP, internal/external footprint, make vs buy)
Provide strategic insights on capacity, risks, trade-offs (cost, quality, speed)
Drive cross-functional alignment across the Biosimilar value chain
Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives
Build and lead a small, high-performing strategy and capacity planning team
Minimum Requirements:
What you’ll bring to the role:
Strong understanding of bio development and manufacturing
Experience across development, manufacturing, and supply in pharma
Experience of internal external development, manufacturing environment
Consulting or strategy background combined with industry experience
Strong influencing skills in matrix organizations
Analytical, structured thinker with strong communication skills
Clear end-to-end biosimilars strategy and aligned execution
Robust capacity and network planning experience within a buildup phase
Effective leadership governance and fast decision-making
