Reporting to: President, Biosimilars Development, Manufacturing & Supply.
Lead the strategic agenda for Biosimilars Development, Manufacturing & Supply, acting as Chief of Staff to the President of the unit and ensuring alignment across development, manufacturing, and supply.
Drive integrated end-to-end strategy, translating long-term ambition into actionable plans with focus on capacity planning, operations, and performance.

Major accountabilities:  

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Shape and execute end-to-end biosimilars strategic action plans across development, manufacturing and supply

  • Act as Chief of Staff: support leadership governance, decision-making and Executive Committee materials

  • Lead capacity and network strategy (DS/DP, internal/external footprint, make vs buy)

  • Provide strategic insights on capacity, risks, trade-offs (cost, quality, speed)

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across the Biosimilar value chain

  • Lead strategic projects and transformation initiatives

  • Build and lead a small, high-performing strategy and capacity planning team

Minimum Requirements:  

What you’ll bring to the role: 

  • Strong understanding of bio development and manufacturing

  • Experience across development, manufacturing, and supply in pharma  

  • Experience of internal external development, manufacturing environment

  • Consulting or strategy background combined with industry experience

  • Strong influencing skills in matrix organizations

  • Analytical, structured thinker with strong communication skills

  • Clear end-to-end biosimilars strategy and aligned execution

  • Robust capacity and network planning experience within a buildup phase

  • Effective leadership governance and fast decision-making
