About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Sales to own Sully.ai’s go-to-market strategy and execution. From zero to scale, you’ll architect and lead the GTM engine that brings real AI to frontline care. You will define how thousands of providers deploy and trust medical agents that actually deliver, driving meaningful business impact and making Sully the gold standard for AI in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead Sully’s go-to-market engine from scratch
Own the full sales cycle, from cold outbound to closed-won deals
Drive and systematize predictable, repeatable revenue growth
Lead complex enterprise negotiations with high stakes and long sales cycles
Increase demo conversion through tighter storytelling and faster feedback loops
Hire, train, and scale a high-performing sales team
Hard Requirements
5+ years of startup or founder experience building sales functions from scratch
Proven track record scaling revenue from $0–$10M+ ARR in 12 months or less
Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguity and execute decisively
Self-driven, highly motivated, and relentless in pursuit of outcomes
Nice-to-Have
Experience selling AI, healthcare, or high-complexity SaaS products
Background in enterprise sales with long-cycle, technical customers
Exposure to regulated or mission-critical industries
First-Month Focus
Audit Sully’s existing pipeline, sales process, and messaging
Define the foundational GTM playbook and initial success metrics
Establish top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and early customer meetings
Success OKRs (90 Days)
Deliver first closed-won enterprise deals with measurable ARR impact
Establish a repeatable playbook for outbound → demo → closed-won conversion
Build the foundation of a high-performing sales team and onboarding program
