At a fast-scaling Voice AI startup with $30M raised to date, you’ll lead and build the sales organization for a category defining product — hiring and mentoring AEs and BDRs, driving revenue growth, and owning the full GTM execution. As Head of Sales, you’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy, guide complex enterprise deals, and scale a category-defining product with strong market momentum.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and accelerate revenue growth, setting clear quarterly and annual targets.

  • Act as an enabler for Account Executives (AE) and Business Development Representatives (BDR), ensuring they have the tools, support, and guidance necessary to crush their targets.

  • Build and mentor a team of 15+ AE’s and BDR’s, obsessively managing and optimizing the sales pipeline.

  • Actively engage in significant enterprise sales processes, guiding deals through to successful closure.

  • Provide hands-on support, leveraging your experience and credibility to secure complex technical deals.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies, messaging, and pricing.

  • Leverage detailed forecasting, analytics, and CRM management to ensure pipeline visibility and predictability.

Your Profile:

  • Proven leadership in high-growth enterprise software startups (Series B and above/ $20M ARR and above), successfully leading sales teams through scale-up phases.

  • Proven track record of scaling teams from 10 to 30+ employees, hiring and mentoring high performing individuals.

  • You love to work with internal partners and the sales representatives to build a strong pipeline generation engine.

  • Extensive experience closing 6-figure technical deals involving APIs, Voice AI, LLMs, or similar technology.

  • Strong track record of success as an individual contributor (IC) before transitioning into leadership.

  • Comfortable engaging deeply with technical buyers, confidently discussing product capabilities and technical requirements.

  • Obsessed with deal execution and detail-oriented pipeline management.

  • Exceptional communicator and mentor, leading by example and inspiring team excellence.
