The Head of Sales will lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, manage project deliveries, and ensure stakeholder engagement while implementing ERP solutions.
This is a remote position.
Looking for a Senior Management Level Sales Professional to shape our sales team and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and SDR's across enterprise and mid-market sales. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, Lead, Organize and Control the project and team;
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports;
- Coordinate with Consulting team and Organize Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Review Meetings for Technical Team;
- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team;
- Perform project QA reviews and proposed recommendations;
- Identify ERP project risks and develop risk mitigation plans;
- Perform project assessments and drive closure of issues;
- Manage stakeholders and influence stakeholders’ decision;
- Oversee and manage projects to ensure delivery is on – time, within scope of work, budget and optimizing resource utilization;
- Work with various levels of business and systems personnel to identify business needs and proved technical consultancy and solutions;
- Assist in the analysis and mapping of client business requirements to application solutions;
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
- Oversee design and solutions to meet the needs of business requirements.
- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates;
- Manage conflicts, ensuring everyone involved is working together effectively towards successful Implementation;
- Can able to map the end user requirement with standard functionalities available in Odoo ERP;
- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback;
Requirements
- Ideally should have at least 4-6 years of complete software development life cycle experience and project management;
- Ready to work round the clock as per the situation demands;
- Stress handling & Leadership Qualities;
- Proven problem-solving skills demonstrated through professional experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
- Proven decision-making ability and prioritization skills to balance conflicting demands across the project;
- Successful ERP Implementation experience with at least 3 Full Lifecycle End to End Implementation in any other well known ERP Systems;
- Thorough understanding of Risk Management and its implications;
- Excellent Team Player, Meticulous, Self-Motivated & Self Starter;
- Demonstrated ability to learn, utilize and train customers on systems, features, and functionality for relevant products/solutions
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Powerpoint presentation preparation
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory;
- Project management certification ie PMP or Prince 2 will be an added advantage;
- hands on experience in using MS-Project / Primavera / Zoho Projects
- Applicants must be willing to travel overseas;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision & under pressure;
