Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Growth:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive Cadillac EV market share and achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify opportunities to grow penetration in the EV market, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
D2C Leadership:
  • Lead, manage, and oversee operations across multiple D2C locations in Germany, ensuring seamless execution of Cadillac's premium customer experience.
  • Optimize D2C performance by fostering collaboration between sales teams, enhancing processes, and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain best-in-class retail environments that reflect Cadillac's brand values and vision.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring continuous development through coaching and mentorship.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring teams consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
Financial & Operational Accountability:
  • Own the P&L for the German market, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
    Establish robust sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency across sales processes, ensuring alignment with Cadillac's premium positioning.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Represent Cadillac Germany in interactions with key stakeholders, including internal executives, external partners, and local market leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the automotive or EV sectors."
  • Proven track record of driving growth in competitive, customer-centric environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-location teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent financial and operational acumen, with experience in managing P&L and delivering KPIs.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in D2C retail models or similar customer-focused environments.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.
  • Familiarity with the German automotive market and consumer behaviors.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse teams toward shared goals.
  • Strategic Thinking: Sharp analytical skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in a fast-paced market.
