Job Description

Shape the Future of Fashion Events

You'll lead our sales team to drive revenue growth across our Fashion portfolio. In this role, you'll develop winning sales strategies, mentor a diverse team, and build lasting relationships with key industry players.

What You'll Do

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Create and execute sales strategies that deliver exceptional results across our Fashion events
  • Work with the VP of Sales to set targets, establish territories, and develop individual quotas
  • Identify new market opportunities both domestically and internationally
  • Focus on acquiring large key accounts while expanding into new market segments

Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Mentor Directors, Managers, and Executives through regular coaching and development
  • Foster a culture where accountability, performance, and customer-centric selling thrive
  • Implement training programs that enhance your team's ability to close deals and build relationships
  • Conduct meaningful 1:1 meetings that support individual growth and performance

Build Strong Customer Relationships

  • Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and create tailored solutions
  • Organize quarterly strategic sessions with key customers to strengthen partnerships
  • Drive customer retention through effective cross-selling, upselling, and rebooking strategies
  • Attend industry events to discover new business opportunities and expand our customer base

Deliver Strategic Leadership

  • Monitor sales performance using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Report key insights, wins, and market intelligence to the VP of Sales
  • Lead media product sales initiatives to help the team achieve revenue goals
  • Oversee event floor placement strategies to maximize customer engagement and value

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and business teams
  • Act as the main connection between your sales team and the VP of Sales
  • Create feedback loops between departments to continuously improve our offerings
  • Build a positive, results-oriented culture throughout the organization

Qualifications

Skills You'll Bring

  • 5+ years leading B2B sales teams with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience using data to forecast, optimize sales, and manage performance
  • Fashion industry knowledge is a 'nice to have'
  • Proven success in customer relationship management and team development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems for sales tracking and pipeline management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on long-term goals
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and industry events

The salary range for this role is $126,000-$137,500 base + commission (based on experience)
