We’re hiring a Head of Revenue Systems to design and scale the operating system behind Hex’s go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can architect clean, reliable systems, connect data across our GTM stack, and bring AI-driven automation into the heart of how we sell, market, and grow.

About the role:

We’re looking for an architect–operator to own the full GTM tech stack — from Salesforce and data governance to workflow automation and integrations. You’ll design scalable systems that power how we acquire, close, and expand customers, and explore how AI can drive step-change improvements in productivity and decision-making.

This role blends strategy and execution. You’ll work with leaders across Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Finance to turn business needs into reliable, scalable systems — and set the roadmap for how our GTM engine operates as we grow.

If you love designing clean, connected systems that make teams faster and smarter, this is your chance to define the blueprint for how Hex grows.

What you will do:

  • Own the Revenue Systems roadmap — driving strategy, architecture, and execution across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack.
  • Design scalable, reliable infrastructure that improves speed, accuracy, and visibility across GTM workflows.
  • Integrate and optimize GTM tools (Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.) for seamless data flow and unified reporting.
  • Leverage AI to streamline workflows, surface insights, and unlock automation that compounds over time.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align systems with business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish best practices and governance that keep our foundation strong as we scale.

You’ll be both architect and builder — creating the systems that make Hex faster, smarter, and more scalable.

About You:

You’re a systems architect at heart — someone who loves designing elegant, reliable infrastructure that helps teams move faster. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, equally comfortable mapping a roadmap or diving into Flow Builder.

You’ve seen how GTM systems evolve in fast-growing SaaS companies and know what “great” looks like. You’re pragmatic about trade-offs, obsessive about data quality, and energized by bringing AI and automation into the center of how go-to-market teams work.

You likely have:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue, CRM, or GTM Systems roles within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, automation, and data design.
  • Proven success connecting and optimizing GTM tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.) into a unified, trustworthy stack.
  • A track record of building systems that improve visibility, speed, and seller productivity.
  • Curiosity and technical fluency with AI-powered workflows.
  • A collaborative mindset — you translate complexity into clarity and work well across teams.

In addition to our unique culture, Hex proudly offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched salary & equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible paid time off.

The salary range for this role is: $170,000 - $205,000.

The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience. Our Recruiting team will be able to provide more details during the interview process.

By submitting an application the candidate consents to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Hex Privacy policy: https://learn.hex.tech/docs/trust/privacy-policy.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
