We're looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale the operating system behind our go-to-market organization.

You'll own Revenue Operations end-to-end; including GTM strategy, revenue planning, forecasting, sales operations, GTM systems, sales comp planning, data governance, and business intelligence. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering, you'll ensure every team operates from a shared set of data, scalable processes, and clear operating rhythms. You'll architect how our revenue organization scales, manage our GTM technology stack, implement AI-driven automation, and provide the insights executive leadership relies on to make strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has built Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS companies with complex enterprise sales motions spanning multiple territories.

Let's talk about what you'll do:

Revenue Strategy & Planning

  • Build the operating model that enables predictable, scalable growth.

  • Lead territory design, account segmentation, quota planning, capacity modeling, and annual GTM planning.

  • Establish operating cadences including forecasting, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.

Forecasting & Analytics

  • Own forecasting methodology and executive reporting.

  • Develop dashboards and metrics that improve visibility, productivity, and decision making.

  • Serve as the trusted source for revenue insights across the business.

  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to embed models, signals, and insights into systems and workflows

GTM Systems & AI

  • Own the GTM technology ecosystem and data structures including Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, and revenue intelligence tools.

  • Drive AI adoption and automation to improve seller productivity, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure systems are integrated, scalable, and governed by high-quality data.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering to improve alignment and remove operational friction.

  • Build the processes and infrastructure that enable teams to scale efficiently.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure systems support forecasting, reporting, and performance management

Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with key GTM technology vendors

  • Ensure tools are optimized, cost-effective, and aligned with business strategy

  • Evaluate new technologies, with a focus on AI and automation, to continuously evolve the GTM stack

Let’s talk about what you need to excel:

  • 10+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience in B2B SaaS.

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with complex, multi-territory go-to-market motions.

  • Expertise in forecasting, territory planning, quota design, capacity modeling, and executive reporting.

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and modern GTM systems architecture and CPQ.

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.

  • A strategic leader who enjoys building scalable systems, simplifying complexity, and using AI to improve how revenue organizations operate.

A list of job experiences and qualification requirements is great, but humility, a performance-driven attitude, and a team-player approach are most important to us. We love to have fun and win in the process. We only hire people who have a passion for building great companies in an environment where a sense of humor is a must.

Occasional travel may be required.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
