Keeper Security is seeking an execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of our Privileged Endpoint Device Management (PEDM) solution. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA area.

About the Job

Keeper Security is seeking an execution-oriented and strategic Head of Product to lead our global product organization. You will drive the product strategy and development for Keeper’s expanding cybersecurity platform, including our flagship solutions in privileged access, endpoint management, secrets management, and secure communications. This is a high-impact leadership role that reports directly to executive leadership and works closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary product leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of building and scaling SaaS or security-focused products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion Keeper’s long-term product vision and strategy across all product lines
  • Lead market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX professionals
  • Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance metrics for the product organization
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to release and optimization
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, balancing trade-offs across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support
  • Partner with key customers, MSPs, and enterprise stakeholders to validate product-market fit and inform roadmap decisions
  • Serve as a product evangelist in executive briefings, analyst calls, and industry events
  • Define and track product KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and business impact
  • Use data-driven insights to inform prioritization and continuous product improvement
Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience scaling enterprise-grade SaaS or cybersecurity platforms
  • Strong understanding of IT security, endpoint management, or access management domains
  • Demonstrated success managing high-impact product roadmaps and cross-functional delivery
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to inspire teams and align diverse stakeholders around a common product vision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within or closely with MSPs or IT organizations
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies such as PAM, RMM, PSA, and endpoint protection platforms
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Technical background or certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, Network+)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
