Responsibilities:
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for the Sui network and its products, collaborating with product, marketing, community, and communications teams.

  • Define target segments, articulate clear value propositions, develop use cases, product communications, and audience insights to inform the overall product strategy, driving adoption and growth.

  • Lead the strategy, coordination, and execution of product launches and initiatives.

  • Support the development of the Sui network narrative to drive awareness and adoption within the builder community and across the blockchain industry.

  • Monitor competitive and crypto industry trends to uncover new opportunities and use cases.

  • Become the go-to expert for key product verticals (e.g., gaming, commerce, DeFi) and influence the product roadmap and strategy.


Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management.

  • 2+ years experience in blockchain or a crypto-adjacent company.

  • Ability to translate complex, technical product details; ability to connect the dots towards a thoughtful narrative.

  • Strong communicator - written and verbal; strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts in messaging and positioning.

  • Proactive, accountable and solutions oriented.

  • Excellent organizational, project management and people skills. 

  • Experience in hiring, developing, and managing a product marketing team.

  • Experience in high growth startups or rapidly expanding industries is a plus.
