As Head of Marketing – Core (Mining Products), you will own the marketing strategy and commercial growth of GoMining's flagship products.
This includes our Digital Miners, hashrate upgrades, the marketplace, and the broader mining ecosystem — the products that generate the majority of the company's revenue and serve millions of users worldwide.
You will define how these products are positioned, launched, and scaled globally, working closely with Product, Finance, Analytics, and executive leadership to drive sustainable user and revenue growth.
This is a strategic leadership role with direct responsibility for product marketing, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and commercial performance.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute GoMining's global marketing strategy.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the product portfolio.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, new features, pricing updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate launch execution across Product, Marketing, Design, Analytics, and Operations.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Own the commercial marketing funnel together with Acquisition, CRM, Retention, Brand, and Product Marketing teams.
- Continuously optimize CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
- Work closely with Finance on pricing strategy, unit economics, and commercial planning.
- Define KPIs and measure marketing effectiveness across all channels.
- Lead and develop a high-performing international marketing organization.
- Align Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Content, SEO, Community, Partnerships, and Product Marketing around shared business goals.
- Build scalable processes, planning, and execution frameworks.
- Mentor marketing leaders and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Own customer segmentation, market research, and competitive positioning.
- Identify new growth opportunities across regions and customer segments.
- Use customer insights and analytics to continuously improve marketing performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, or Go-to-Market roles.
- 3+ years leading marketing teams in a high-growth technology company.
- Proven experience building and executing global marketing strategies.
- Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of funnel economics, CAC, LTV, pricing, retention, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing organizations.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working closely with Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
