About the team

We are a cross functional team that leads Product & Engineering at Loqate.

The role

As the Head of Product – Digital Growth Loqate.com, you will define and execute a strategic vision to drive product adoption, user engagement, and Mid to down-market expansion. Leveraging various SaaS distribution models and frameworks such-as the Pirate Metrics framework (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue), you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives for the Business. Your role will involve conducting market research, managing a detailed product roadmap, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. With strong leadership and communication skills, you will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals, while mentoring the team to foster innovation and continuous improvement. You will bring your vast experience in Product, digital growth and commercial GTM to build a sustainable digital growth portfolio for Loqate Product.

What you will do

  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute growth strategies to drive product adoption, user engagement, and market expansion.
  • SaaS Distribution Models: Implement and optimize various SaaS distribution models, including direct sales, freemium, free trials, channel partners, marketplaces, and self-service.
  • Pirate Metrics: Utilize the AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) framework to track and optimize key growth metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Loqate’s growth objectives.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product development is aligned with user needs and expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product progress and growth metrics.
  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What are we looking for

The core qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Leader, with a focus on growth and digital products. Commercial and Marketing experience is a major plus for this key role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong unerstanding of digital technologies, SaaS, and market trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment or similar.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse
