Job Description
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead a dual-mandate organization: driving the strategic evolution of our Product Marketing (Portfolio) and leading our Global Field Marketing teams.
Your mission is to transform marketing from a "service arm" into a strategic engine that guides and supports Sales. You will oversee how we package our technology into persona-based bundles and how those solutions are activated across diverse global markets, from high-compliance Government sectors to high-velocity Enterprise channel ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio & Product Strategy (The "What")
Persona-Based Bundling: Move beyond feature-led marketing to build sophisticated, outcome-based bundles tailored to specific industries and buyer personas (e.g., Retail CTOs, Government Agency Heads, Channel Partners).
Strategic Messaging: Own the value proposition. Ensure our global narrative resonates locally while maintaining a gold standard brand voice.
Omni-Channel Launches: Orchestrate world class product launches that seamlessly integrate high touch physical experiences with precision targeted digital campaigns.
2. Regional & Field Excellence (The "How")
Sales Partnership & Leadership: Act as a strategic peer to regional sales leaders, using market data and intent signals to help guide where sales should focus their efforts.
Dual Motion Go-To-Market:
○ Direct to Government: Drive long-cycle demand gen through thought leadership and high level advocacy.
○ Channel to Enterprise: Build "marketing-through-partner" programs that scale our reach and empower our ecosystem.
Local Intelligence: Turn regional field teams into "eyes and ears," feeding local market trends and competitor movements back into the global product roadmap.
3. Operational Leadership
Global/Local Balance: Standardize high-impact global programs while empowering regions to pivot based on local cultural or regulatory nuances.
Budget & ROI: Shift the spend from "activity-based" (events/swag) to "outcome-based" (pipeline acceleration and deal size expansion).
The Profile: What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years of marketing leadership in a global technology environment (Fortune 500 or high-growth equivalent).
Domain Expertise: Proven track record in both B2G (Public Sector) and B2B Channel environments. You understand the nuances of government procurement and the mechanics of channel incentives.
Strategic Gravitas: You have a "seat at the table" with Sales. You are comfortable challenging the status quo and shifting the team from order-takers to market-makers.
Commercial Acumen: You speak the language of the CFO and CRO. You are obsessed with pipeline velocity, ACV (Average Contract Value), and market share.
Integrated Execution: You have led complex launches that involve everything from global digital "drops" to intimate, high-stakes physical executive briefings.
Why Join Us?
This is not a "maintenance" role. You are being brought in to redesign the interface between our products and our customers. You will have the autonomy to build a "Product + Field" powerhouse that serves as the blueprint for our company’s next decade of growth.
Target Base Salary Range: $225,000 - $250,000 USD
