Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager, B2B for an on-site contract position located in West Hollywood, CA. In this role, you will plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition in the B2B space. Responsibilities include managing ad campaigns across platforms, continually optimizing for performance, analyzing campaign data, and preparing reports on KPIs. You will collaborate closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will oversee budgeting, A/B testing, and ensuring brand consistency in all marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Paid Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and Performance Tracking
  • Expertise in Content Planning, Email Marketing, and SEO strategies
  • Understanding of B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Acquisition strategies
  • Excellent Communication, Project Management, and Leadership skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are advantageous
  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and automation tools
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the B2B sector
