About the Role

As our founding business hire, you’ll architect and scale institutional partnerships that establish RWA.xyz as critical distribution infrastructure for the tokenized asset industry. The tokenized asset sector comes to RWA.xyz to tell their story – your mission is to enable the supply-side to seamlessly partner with RWA.xyz for reporting, marketing, distribution needs.

As the tokenization rapidly industry scales, you’ll ensure RWA.xyz maintains the highest quality, most comprehensive data by sourcing and structuring partnerships across multiple verticals, from banks to blockchains to startups to governments.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute RWA.xyz’s partnerships strategy to acquire the highest quality, most comprehensive data to drive user engagement

  • Source, structure, and close supply-side pipeline across verticals including asset managers, tokenization platforms, protocols, regulators, blockchain networks, and infrastructure providers

  • Work with product team and demand-side to guide integration priorities and target new verticals

  • Lead supply-side partner success by understanding and assisting their core distribution needs, from marketing to research initiatives.

  • Maintain complete understanding of the industry through relationships and research to prioritize integrations

  • Represent RWA.xyz globally at conferences and industry events, positioning yourself as the go-to connector in the tokenization space

  • Build scalable GTM operations including plinkartnership playbooks, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards to enable future growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals

  • Deep understanding of capital markets, asset management, or financial infrastructure, with the ability to navigate both Web3 and traditional finance ecosystems

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with high EQ, able to connect with everyone from DeFi teams to Wall Street executives

  • Strong commercial sense with natural ability to structure mutually beneficial deals and understand complex incentive structures

  • Resourceful networker who can reach anyone in an ecosystem and naturally become a trusted connector

  • Learning agility to rapidly understand new tokenization use cases, business models, and ecosystem dynamics in this emerging industry

  • Organizational excellence with ability to manage dozens of high-stakes relationships simultaneously without dropping balls

  • Obsession with tokenized assets and on-chain capital markets - you believe this is the future of finance

  • Distribution maxi who understands how internet-native distribution channels work

  • And most importantly, high integrity modus operandi that values long-term relationships
