Job Description
Overview:
The HR Head will lead the end-to-end HR function for a 1000-member Global Capability Centre (GCC) of Kraft Heinz, encompassing Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management. The role requires strategic leadership and operational excellence to strengthen people practices and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR function for the GCC, managing a 12-member core team.
  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Drive Talent Management and Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, scalable, and business-aligned.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR counterparts to harmonize processes.
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building.
  • Partner with leadership on diversity, inclusion, and succession planning.
  • Manage communication channels and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Handle change management and transformation initiatives proactively.

Must Have Qualifications & Experience:
  • 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an MNC or GCC setup.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple HR verticals.
  • Strong exposure to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale up HR functions and manage larger portfolios.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • High maturity and judgment in handling complex employee and leadership issues.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compliant, structured, and proactive approach to HR operations.

Good to Have:
  • Experience working in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
  • Exposure to diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Fluency in additional languages (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience leading HR transformation or digital HR initiatives.
  • Frequent traveller flexibility for cross-location coordination.

Budget & Band:
  • Band 10 - Associate Director

  • Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred or short notice.
