The Opportunity

As our Head of Operations, you will be the architect of operational scale, working cross-functionally to optimize processes, enhance execution, and create the infrastructure needed for sustainable growth. This is a high-impact and hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic vision with execution. You’ll ensure the company is set up to scale efficiently, align resources effectively, and support revenue growth.
What You'll Do

  • Build & Optimize: Develop and implement scalable operational processes that drive efficiency, improve productivity, and reduce friction across the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with leadership across sales, product, marketing, and finance to align operational priorities and ensure smooth execution of key business initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting to drive performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize outcomes.
  • Revenue Enablement: Partner with sales and customer success teams to streamline workflows, improve customer onboarding, and enhance operational support for growth.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Work closely with finance to ensure budget discipline, optimize unit economics, and drive cost-effective scaling strategies.
  • Tech & Automation: Identify and implement the right technology stack to enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
  • People & Culture: Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement within the operations team. Build and mentor a high-performing team as the company scales.

Who You Are

  • Experience in high-growth startups, ideally Series A or beyond, with a track record of scaling operations.
  • Proven ability to build operational frameworks and processes that support rapid growth and efficiency.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to execute across different teams.
  • Deep expertise in process optimization, analytics, and execution at a high-growth company.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs, reporting, and financial metrics.
  • Ability to move fast, think strategically, and execute tactically—we’re in a dynamic phase, and adaptability is key.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
