The Role

We are looking for a driven, detail-obsessed, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to support the Founder & CEO and help coordinate execution across Seminal's executive leadership team. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the business, ensuring information flows effectively between leadership, teams, partners, and stakeholders across multiple time zones. The role combines executive support, project management, business operations, internal communications, and process improvement.


Reporting

Reports directly to the Founder & CEO. Acts as the primary operational liaison across the executive leadership team, helping align priorities, projects, communications, reporting, and execution across the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, or similar.
  • Comfortable building reports, dashboards, and tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Perplexity, and workflow automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
  • Experience using Canva and presentation design tools.
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with modern business software including CRM, project management, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Legally authorized to work in the applicable jurisdiction.

  • Experience supporting a Founder, CEO, or executive leadership team.
