Join us as Head of New Business to lead our growth across North America and help define how the world’s largest brands partner with Goodstack!This is a strategic role. You’ll shape how we land new logos and expand them into long-term, high-value partnerships.
You won’t carry a personal quota – but you’ll be accountable for regional performance, deal quality, and the standards that define how Goodstack sells. You’ll act as executive sponsor on every major opportunity, ensuring discipline, pace, and polish in every interaction.
This is a Land & Expand play – we don’t sell once, we grow relationships over years. You’ll build and lead the team that wins those first deals and turns them into category-defining partnerships.
You’ll report to the VP GTM based in London, collaborate with RevOps and Marketing, and spend real time in-market – meeting prospects, building relationships, and representing Goodstack at major industry events.
As Head of New Business, your mission will be to:Lead enterprise growth across North America – own regional pipeline, performance and forecast accuracy.
Embed a true Land & Expand motion – win flagship logos and grow them through additional products, markets and business units.
Shape strategy and focus – define and refine ICP and TAM in partnership with RevOps and VP GTM.
Drive deal excellence – lead from the front on strategy, structure and negotiation for our largest, most complex opportunities.
Build a high-performing team – hire, coach and inspire A++ enterprise sellers with high standards and sharp execution.
Set the rhythm – run crisp, consistent reviews, forecasts and pipeline inspections with clear accountability.
Be the face of Goodstack – represent us on stage, in boardrooms and across events, building credibility with senior CSR and corporate impact leaders.
Collaborate across GTM – align Sales, Marketing, Product and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs and a clear path for expansion.

ICP and TAM are defined, proven, and guiding every go-to-market decision.

10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, with 5+ years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams.
Proven record of building or scaling Land & Expand motions — winning strategic logos and driving multi-year growth.
Experience helping take a company from ~$10m to $100m+ ARR (or equivalent scaling journey).
Deep experience leading long, complex enterprise cycles (6–18 months) with multiple stakeholders and procurement layers.
Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED).
Expert in forecasting, pipeline management and commercial strategy.
Career showing impact and progression in a few key environments — not frequent job changes.
Based in Central or Western North America, with ability to travel regularly across the region and to the UK.
The corporate giving, philanthropy or social impact ecosystem.
Selling into CSR, HR/People, or Corporate Affairs functions within enterprise.
Speaking or moderating at events and industry panels.
Building world-class sales teams in fast-growth SaaS environments.
Helping companies connect commercial success with genuine social good.
