About the Role:

ProBio is seeking a Head of Marketing with focus on Americas and Europe to accelerate our sales pipeline and strengthen brand and market presence across the US and Europe. This role will lead a small, high-impact team that works closely with Sales and global marketing partners to activate strategic priorities through regional execution. The ideal candidate has strong digital content and demand generation experience and drives flawless regional execution aligned with brand. They thrive in strategizing, developing, executing, and measuring the performance of content initiatives to drive growth for the business

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of content and regional marketers
  • Own the development of the annual marketing plan for US/EU.
  • Convert strategy to execution and track KPIs progress monthly.
  • Identify customer insights across modalities to create strong brand and portfolio value propositions.
  • Champion brand consistency across all external and digital content, creating guidelines and processes that ensure a unified brand narrative.
  • Acquire a detailed understanding of our customers, their difficulties and reasons for making decisions, drive value propositions and messaging that resonate with customers at every stage of the sales process.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan aligned with global campaigns, product launches, and strategic sales priorities.
  • Drive demand generation through regional programs such as third-party trade shows, seminars, webinars, ABM and owned in region strategic events.
  • Explore Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts and segments, in close partnership with Sales.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to regional Sales leadership, aligning on go-to-market priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Own regional marketing pipeline targets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Source and leverage critical metrics to advise and monitor field marketing performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or demand generation, preferably within the life sciences, biotech, or CDMO sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving strong value propositions through customer and market understanding.
  • Expertise in content and event strategy, third party networking and partnering ecosystems.
  • Experience with digital platforms and factors to drive engagement success.
  • Experience working in a global organization with regional responsibility.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow high-performing teams.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate marketing performance into demand generation and measurable pipeline growth in partnership with Sales.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.
  • Ability to travel in region of responsibility 25%.
