Job DescriptionAs our first Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for creating & executing our digital marketing strategy and working closely with Engineering & Analytics leaders to measure ROI of online marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for hitting aggressive acquisition targets while also ensuring our user quality continues to improve. You will be asked to find creative avenues to drive user and revenue growth.
Qualifications- Highly analytical, as demonstrated by a BS degree or prior work in a technical industry
- Experience with mobile advertising
- Experience with mobile attribution
- Experience deploying six-figure marketing budgets and measuring ROI
- Experience in dating a plus
- SQL expertise
- Experience with models & analytical programming languages like R and Python
- Illustrator/InDesign experience for mocking up campaigns
- Experience measuring offline marketing efforts
