The Head of Marketing Operations is responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the end-to-end marketing operations ecosystem to enable predictable pipeline creation and revenue growth. This role owns marketing systems, funnel operations, campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional alignment, while building scalable global teams and ensuring consistent execution across all go-to-market motions.

About the Team

The Zoom Marketing Operations team enables scalable, data-driven go-to-market execution by aligning strategy, technology, and insights across the customer lifecycle. The team partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to drive operational excellence, predictable pipeline, and continuous improvement across global marketing programs.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and maintaining the global marketing operations strategy, operating model, and roadmap aligned to company growth and Go-To-Market objectives.

  • Owning the end-to-end lead and pipeline lifecycle, including segmentation, acquisition, scoring, routing, SLAs, conversion optimization, and pipeline health.

  • Leading and scaling global marketing operations teams across campaign operations, marketing technology, data, analytics, and lead lifecycle management.

  • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align planning, forecasting, and execution.

  • Overseeing the marketing technology ecosystem, including MAP, CRM integrations, CDP, ABM, attribution, and data enrichment platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Establishing data governance, compliance, and quality standards while delivering dashboards, reporting, and executive insights for decision-making.

  • Building standardized, scalable campaign operations and production processes to support integrated, multi-channel program execution.

  • Implementing performance management, measurement, and continuous improvement frameworks across the full customer lifecycle, including experimentation and automation opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-To-Market leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience scaling global teams and building high-performing operational centers of excellence (onshore and offshore).

  • Exceptional command of funnel operations, predictive analytics, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and pipeline forecasting.

  • Deep hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), CDPs, ABM, and attribution tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior leadership across Go-To-Market functions.

  • Advanced analytical, communication, and people leadership skills.

  • Track record of building and optimizing predictable, scalable pipeline engines through operational transformation.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$184,300.00

Maximum:

$403,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
