We are re-positioning monday CRM. We are moving beyond the traditional CRM label to become an AI-native revenue orchestration platform. This isn’t about tacking on AI features; it is about creating a new category we call "Monday AIR" (AI Revenue).

We are hiring for a Head of Marketing to lead this pivot. You will inherit a product with $100M+ ARR and a target of reaching $100M+ in 2026. Backed by a $40M+ budget, your job is to build the brand identity, drive the demand gen strategy, and establish us as the leader in autonomous revenue operations.

  • 12+ years B2B SaaS marketing leadership, with 5+ years in senior/executive roles
  • Proven track record scaling marketing from $50M to $150M+ ARR
  • Experience managing $30M+ budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline impact
  • AI product marketing or category creation experience—marketing genuinely transformative technology, not just awareness
  • Built and led teams of 15+ across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Deep expertise in demand gen, product marketing, brand building, and customer marketing for SMB/mid-market segments
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and martech stack proficiency
  • Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional leadership

 Preferred:

  • Experience at AI-native SaaS companies or marketing AI/ML-powered products
  • Background in revenue operations or competitive repositioning against established incumbents
  • Consumption/usage-based pricing model expertise
  • Global marketing experience across North America and EMEA

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
  • An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!
  • Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuter/remote work
  • Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
  • Award-winning work environment - named a “Best Place to Work” by BuiltIn as well as “Great Place To Work” certified
  • We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
  • A global work environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo

Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
