The Head of Learning & Content Experience will drive a global transformation by simplifying operational structures and leveraging AI to accelerate organizational output. You will spearhead a unified GTM Enablement & Learning Organization that functions as an integrated system rather than a collection of independent teams. As the architect of the learning and content engine, you will be responsible for structuring knowledge, designing immersive experiences, and scaling content across Field, Partner, Customer, and Support audiences. This is a product-led, AI-enabled role dedicated to driving measurable business outcomes—such as faster ramp times and deeper product adoption—through a modernized learning ecosystem

Work Location: This position is based exclusively in Menlo Park, CA. Alternative locations are not available at this time.

Core Responsibilities

System Strategy & AI Transformation
  • Unified Governance: Lead a centralized organization encompassing learning design, content development, certification, and knowledge architecture.

  • Scalable Frameworks: Establish a "build once, tailor many" model and a full content lifecycle (create → maintain → retire) to ensure a single source of truth across the GTM ecosystem.

  • AI Integration: Operationalize AI across the learning lifecycle to create AI-ready content through modular design, structured taxonomy, and personalized interaction models.

Experiential Learning & Enablement Foundations
  • Product-Led Learning: Shift from static content to hands-on, "learn-by-doing" experiences (labs, tutorials, and guided workflows) that directly support product adoption.

  • Onboarding & Methodology: Define role-based onboarding and maintain core sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, PEAK), embedding them into AI-enabled reinforcement tools rather than point-in-time training.

  • Certification Excellence: Lead the global certification strategy to ensure programs are rigorous, scalable, and aligned with real-world product usage.

Cross-Functional Impact & Analytics
  • GTM Alignment: Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Field teams to align learning initiatives with business execution needs.

  • Outcome Optimization: Connect learning behaviors to revenue metrics—such as win rates and ramp time—and continuously optimize based on data-driven feedback loops.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 10–15+ years of experience in enablement, learning, content, product marketing, or GTM-related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.

  • Program Scaling: Proven experience building and scaling learning programs or content systems that support multiple audiences.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales motions, customer lifecycle, and product adoption dynamics.

  • Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational change and transformation.

  • Strategic Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Preferred Attributes
  • Innovation: Experience evolving AI-enabled learning systems or designing hands-on technical labs and simulations.

  • Architecture: Strong systems thinking with expertise in taxonomy, knowledge architecture, or content reuse frameworks.

  • Domain Expertise: Background in instructional design (LXD), certification management, or operating within a Center of Excellence (CoE) model.

  • Education: Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Business

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
