As Lambda continues to scale rapidly, we are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to spearhead our investor communications and market positioning. This person will serve as the primary liaison between Lambda and the institutional investment community, crafting and delivering a compelling narrative about our leadership at the intersection of AI and cloud infrastructure. As a key strategic partner, the Head of Investor Relations will drive investor engagement, refine our market messaging, and play a critical role in preparing for a potential public offering. 

*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday. This position can also be located in New York City.

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and execute Lambda’s investor relations strategy from the ground up, ensuring a compelling and consistent investor narrative.

  • Lead all investor relations activities, including earnings calls, public conferences, and investor communications. 

  • Manage relationships with current and prospective investors, institutional investors, portfolio managers and equity research analysts. 

  • Lead IPO preparation efforts, including working on S-1 filings, investor roadshows, and SEC regulatory requirements. 

  • Oversee earnings call preparation, financial disclosures and investor Q&A.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and investor sentiment, providing strategic insights to executive leadership on key developments in Lambda’s ecosystem.

  • Organize investor days, non-deal roadshows, and conference participation to expand market visibility. 

You 

  • 10+ years of experience in investor relations or related roles (corporate IR, equity research, capital markets or corporate finance)

  • Experience leading IR at a public technology company (SaaS, cloud, AI preferred).

  • Pre-existing relationships with equity research analysts and institutional investors in tech, AI or cloud computing. 

  • Proven ability to articulate highly technical content and craft clear, compelling investor messaging and competitive positioning. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with expertise in earnings call scripting and investor decks. 

  • Direct experience preparing for or executing an IPO, including S-1 filing, SEC reporting and roadshow participation. 

  • Experience working with C-suite, board members and external investors in a fast-growing tech environment. 

  • Prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $275,000 $350,000. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
