The Head of Human Resources oversees HR management, develops HR policies, manages employee relations, and ensures compliance with labor laws.
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Human Resources. The role involves overseeing HR management, implementing labor and employment laws, developing HR policies, and managing employee relations. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for setting HR strategies and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all locations
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development plans
- Utilize HRIS systems to streamline operations and maintain accurate employee records
- Provide support for organizational changes and foster a culture of inclusivity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR operations, policy implementation, and employee relations
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable
- Experience in a fast-paced or remote work environment is a plus.
- English and Russian Languages (fluent or advanced)
