About Infinity Constellation

Infinity Constellation is the first AI services holding company, building category leaders designed to displace incumbents in the $9T+ professional services market. We give exceptional operators a 12-month head start—backed by capital, shared infrastructure, customers, back-office support, and shared equity—to launch outcome-driven businesses that redefine their industries.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic and operational Head of Finance to build, lead, and sustainably scale the finance function across Infinity Constellation and its growing portfolio of AI-native B2B services companies.

This role is responsible for financial leadership, capital planning, board reporting, and platform-level capital allocation. You will direct and oversee multi-entity financial planning and analysis partnering directly with Founder-CEOs to ensure compliance with all finance and accounting standards, with a focus on driving disciplined growth.

This role will inherit and scale an existing foundation and build a high-performance finance team of FP&A analysts.

What You’ll OwnStrategic Finance & Capital Allocation
  • Lead annual planning and quarterly re-forecasting across all Business Units and Infinity Constellation

  • Partner with BU CEOs to calibrate operating plans and investment levels

  • Drive variance analysis and quarterly performance recalibration, reporting on business metrics relevant to the Business Units, and to the consolidated portfolio management team

  • Direct allocated capital across portfolio based on performance and strategic priorities

Executive, Board, and Investor Leadership
  • Own board reporting and financial materials

  • Lead investor financial diligence preparation, and ongoing investor relations priorities

  • Support fundraising initiatives (ideal candidate has growth-stage financing experience)

  • Deliver week-over-week and month-over-month reporting on key metrics

Consolidation & Financial Oversight
  • Direct and oversee consolidated reporting across multiple legal entities

  • Manage intercompany structures and capital flows

  • Ensure GAAP compliance and financial controls across Infinity and it’s Business Units

Team Leadership
  • Build and manage strategic and financial planning & analysis functions

  • Establish scalable finance infrastructure (systems, reporting, automation)

  • Collaborate and design long-term finance tech stack strategy

AI & Automation
  • Integrate automation and AI-driven workflows into finance operations

  • Have a deep point of view on how to run a finance function with AI agents not just people

  • Drive data transparency across the platform

Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

  • Experience in SaaS, services businesses, holding companies, private equity, investment banking, venture studios, or incubators

  • Multi-entity consolidation experience, including international entities

  • Strong board and investor reporting background

  • Experience in later-stage fundraising (growth+)

  • CPA, CFA, MBA preferred, but not required

  • Experience with modern cloud based finance software tools (QBO, Ramp, Wise, etc) and building system transitions (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)

  • Exceptional communication skills — able to partner effectively with board members, investors, founders, their directs, and small and large groups as needed

  • Operate at incredible speed and scope, with ability to context switch across business lines, and strategies

What Success Looks Like
  • Annual planning becomes rigorous, data-driven, and founder-aligned

  • Operate on first principles, we are innovating in new fields, but approach ideas with rigor

  • Capital allocation decisions are disciplined and transparent

  • Consolidated reporting is reliable, scalable and done quickly

  • Finance evolves into a strategic advantage for Infinity

  • Ability to have a deep customer oriented relationship with our founders as they bet their careers on Infinity’s success

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
