We are looking for a solid technical leader to shape the future of the Koding platform and manage/mentor the engineering team. The position is based in San Francisco, CA and reports to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will provide technical, strategic and operational leadership to the engineering team. He/she needs to be a hands-on leader with a passion for building compelling technology platforms. We require a proven ability to grow and lead a team of talented engineers through design, development, testing and launch of highly scalable and complex systems. This position will require you to be responsible for strategy, roadmaps, processes, implementation and production support. In short, you will not only create the strategy to evolve the technology of our platform, you will also ensure that the product vision is realized through excellence in execution.
