Job Description:
As Head of Engineering, you will lead the development of Skyway, a sophisticated platform for cloud financial data. This is a builder-first role where you will ship code daily while scaling an elite engineering team. You will architect systems capable of processing terabytes of complex billing data and manage high-stakes technical decisions.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience building and recruiting high-performing engineering teams as a Director or VP of Engineering.

• Pragmatic ""builder"" mindset with a preference for shipping working software over long-term planning and corporate bureaucracy.
