Crap Eyewear is looking for a Head of E-Commerce to own and operate our direct to consumer e-commerce channel. This role is responsible for the full e-commerce P&L, managing all digital revenue driving activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for our performance marketing agency, freelance email/SMS contractor, web development agency, and data analyst.
You will report to the CEO and CFO, working as a strategic peer alongside our Head of Brand Marketing and Head of Ops. This is not a clean up project; our systems are in place, our agency partners are onboarded, and our business is growing. We need a sharp, seasoned operator to take the wheel, validate our current playbook and identify growth levers using experience from scaling a similar DTC business.
This is a full-time, hybrid role. Los Angeles based candidates preferred (Tuesdays in office at our Venice HQ). Remote candidates will be considered for the right fit, with the expectation of quarterly in-person visits.
