The Company

Frank & Eileen was born in 2009 when former engineer Audrey McLoghlin sought to reinvent the button-up for women —a category previously focused solely on men. Inspired by Audrey’s Irish grandparents—our brand namesakes, Frank & Eileen—we have grown slowly and intentionally from our best-Italian-fabric-in-the-world-obsessed beginnings. Now a globally recognized fashion brand, Frank & Eileen is a certified woman-owned, women-led B Corp business that has retained 100% ownership while working with the same ethical, sustainable manufacturers for over a decade. Our mission is to model and support female entrepreneurship as a force for good—all from our family-friendly HQ in sunny California.

The Role

Frank & Eileen is looking for a Head of Digital Growth Marketing to build, optimize, and scale our digital growth engine. This is a senior, hands-on role for a performance-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, customer insight, and brand—and who knows how to drive profitable growth without compromising values. As Head of Digital Growth Marketing, you will own full-funnel digital performance across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing which will drive revenue, efficiency, and customer lifetime value across U.S. and international markets. The Head of Digital Growth Marketing will set strategy, lead execution, and hold channels accountable to results while partnering cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive, premium customer experience. This role will manage four team members.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Performance
    • Own the digital growth roadmap across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle.
    • Set clear targets for revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, and contribution margin.
    • Develop test-and-learn frameworks to continuously improve channel performance and scalability.
  • Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)
    • Lead segmentation, personalization, automation, and experimentation to drive repeat purchase and LTV.
    • Own platforms such as Klaviyo and Attentive, ensuring strong data hygiene and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
  • Paid Media & Search
    • Own paid social and paid search strategy in partnership with agency teams, with a relentless focus on efficiency and incrementality.
    • Ensure creative, audience, and bid strategies are continuously tested and optimized.
  • Affiliate & Partnerships
    • Scale affiliate and partner programs with a focus on incremental revenue, brand alignment, and performance transparency.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Establish clear reporting and dashboards across all channels.
    • Translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
    • Own performance reviews, forecasts, and optimization plans.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team.
    • Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Retail, and Wholesale teams to ensure aligned launches and storytelling.
    • Build scalable processes, strong agency partnerships, and a culture of accountability.

Who You Are

  • 8–10+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven success driving DTC growth across email, SMS, paid social, paid search, affiliates, and lifecycle programs.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable owning numbers, forecasts, and performance narratives.
  • Fluent in tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution frameworks.
  • Strong people leader who can coach, prioritize, and execute at pace.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for purpose-driven brands and sustainable growth.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
