Reporting to: CEO and Co-Founder
Chamelio is building the legal intelligence infrastructure for modern organizations.
Our platform helps in-house legal teams manage contract review, negotiation, intake, approvals, workflows, obligations, and legal knowledge. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build a predictable pipeline engine and scale our global go-to-market efforts.
The Head of Growth Marketing will own Chamelio’s demand generation, growth strategy, and marketing contribution to revenue.
You will build and execute programs across paid acquisition, content, events, account-based marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and partnerships. You will work closely with sales and the founders to identify the highest-impact channels, improve conversion throughout the funnel, and generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can set the strategy, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and build the team over time.
• Own the global growth marketing strategy and pipeline targets
• Build and optimize paid, organic, outbound-supported, event, webinar, and partner campaigns
• Develop account-based marketing programs for priority enterprise accounts
• Create campaigns targeting general counsel, legal operations, and procurement leaders
• Improve conversion across website visits, leads, meetings, pilots, and closed revenue
• Build reporting across customer acquisition cost, pipeline contribution, conversion, attribution, and return on spend
• Partner closely with sales on target accounts, messaging, campaign follow-up, and pipeline quality
• Work with product and customer teams to turn customer outcomes into content, case studies, and campaigns
• Test new channels, messages, offers, and audiences quickly
• Build and manage the growth marketing team and external partners as the company scales
• Strong experience building growth or demand generation for an enterprise SaaS company
• A track record of generating qualified pipeline, not only leads or engagement
• Experience marketing to senior enterprise buyers through long and complex sales cycles
• Strong knowledge of paid acquisition, account-based marketing, content, events, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations
• A highly analytical approach to attribution, experimentation, conversion, and budget allocation
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in an early-stage environment
• Strong collaboration with sales and a clear understanding of enterprise pipeline management
Experience in legal technology, enterprise AI, workflow software, CLM, or procurement technology is highly relevant.
During your first 90 days, you will assess current channels, messaging, funnel performance, and target accounts. You will establish clear reporting and launch a focused growth plan.
During your first year, you will build a repeatable pipeline engine, improve conversion across the funnel, identify scalable acquisition channels, and build the marketing team required for the next stage of growth.
You will join at a defining stage of Chamelio’s growth and have the opportunity to build the company’s global growth engine.
You will work directly with the founders, influence positioning and go-to-market strategy, and help establish Chamelio as a leading enterprise legal technology platform.
We offer a competitive salary, performance-based compensation, and meaningful equity.
Chamelio is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
