Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches.
What you’ll do
- Ensures that we achieve our overall operational goals through the implementation of scaled tooling, automation, and process optimization.
- Provide vision and direction to the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversees the design, development, and execution of complex analysis to generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Oversees the end-to-end identification, scoping, build, and implementation of globally scalable process, automation, and tooling.
- Drives the product roadmap, ensuring true operational scale through productized solutions.
What we’re looking for
- 7 - 10 years of domain experience.
- 5 - 7 years of management experience.
- BS/MS in STEM disciplines, including Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics,and Economics.
- Advanced Stakeholder Management.
- Advanced Process Optimization and Creative Problem Solving.
- Business and Operational Acume.
