Position Summary
Focus Financial Partners is seeking a Head of CRM that will spearhead our Salesforce team, overseeing the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud environment. Reporting to the Director of Wealth Technology, this strategic leader will define and drive the CRM and workflow automation vision, ensuring scalable, efficient processes that align with business goals.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, forward-thinking professional with deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership acumen, and a passion for innovation in customer relationship management. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our CRM strategy, optimizing technology to enhance business performance and client engagement.
This role is based in St. Louis / Remote.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals.
- Oversee platform development, integrations, and customizations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and security, implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive CRM and workflow automation improvements.
- Establish and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and governance.
- Drive continuous innovation by adopting new features and emerging technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and third-party applications to optimize platform capabilities.
- Monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and optimize system efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams on major CRM initiatives and projects.
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation for CRM-related investments.
- Plan and execute rollouts of Salesforce enhancements and new functionalities.
- Drive user adoption and change management, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Analyze CRM usage and adoption to refine strategies and ensure consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including Financial Services Cloud.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of developers and admins.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, and Application Architect (preferred).
- Expertise in CRM strategy, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies (preferred).
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and third-party vendor relationships.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $155,000 - $175,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
