Socure is looking for an energetic and visionary Head of Creative Services who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has an artistic eye, and a keen sense of Pre-IPO strategic leadership. 

 

This role will have an oversight into the creative direction for the company and will be responsible for taking a visual brand to the next level. It will require a hand in managing all aspects of the creative process, from the beginning concepts, strategy, and design elements to timelines, team collaboration, and performance indicators.

 

This role will report to the CMO and will help lead a team of in-house and freelance video producers, graphic designers, photographers, and other media producers.

This position is fully remote.
 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral

  • Evolve brand storytelling and audience engagement across various mediums (e.g. blog posts, infographics, sales collateral, social media posts, video graphics, campaign landing pages and more)

  • Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives

  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences

  • Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables

  • Manage, refresh and rollout updates for brand identity as needed

  • Build and motivate a graphic design team

 Job Requirements:
  • 10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting.

  • Proven experience building and scaling creative functions within high-growth SaaS companies.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and evolving a globally recognized brand, including during a company's journey through IPO or other major market milestones.

  • Deep understanding of and hands-on experience with the integration of AI tools and technologies into creative workflows to enhance speed, quality, and innovation.

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)

  • Expertise and best practices for designing and optimizing content for emails, socials, and print

  • Self-motivated, excellent communicator, able to organize, prioritize, and produce results 

  • Experience with animation, explainer video editing software is a plus

Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity,  comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
