Hedra is a frontier artificial intelligence company for generative media. We're building world-leading models and beautifully simple software for turning your ideas into impact, with backing from leading VCs at a16z, Index Ventures, and Abstract Ventures.
We've grown to millions of creators on our platform. Now we need someone to make Hedra impossible to ignore—the brand that creators talk about, that shows up in your feed, that defines what AI video can be.
SummaryAs Growth Manager for Influencer Marketing, you'll own Hedra's cultural presence. Your job is to generate buzz, build creator relationships, and turn Hedra into a brand that punches way above its weight class. You'll spot trends before they peak, move fast enough to capitalize on them, and build a roster of creators who genuinely love the product.
This isn't a "manage the calendar" role. It's a "make Hedra famous" role. You'll have real budget, real autonomy, and a product that creators are already excited about. If you've been waiting for the chance to build something from scratch at a company with real momentum, this is it.
What You'll DoBuild the creator engine. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X. Develop a tiered strategy for micro and macro influencers, spanning paid partnerships, gifting, and organic advocacy. Own the full lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracts, payments, and performance tracking.
Capitalize on cultural moments. Monitor platforms obsessively. When a trend breaks that Hedra can credibly participate in you move in hours, not days. Build the internal relationships and processes that let you ship fast while maintaining strong influencer relationships.
Generate viral moments. Don't just respond to culture—create it. Develop campaigns and stunts designed to break through. Work with creators on content that showcases what Hedra can do in ways that make people stop scrolling.
Scale organic social. Partner with product marketing and agency support to grow Hedra's owned channels. Test formats, optimize posting cadence, amplify UGC, and grow followers and engagement month-over-month.
Measure what matters. Track influencer and social performance with clear attribution. Know which creators drive traffic, which campaigns generate buzz, and where to double down. Report on what's working and kill what isn't.
Build the function. Establish the tools, processes, and playbooks that will scale. Manage agency and contractor relationships. Document what you learn. As we grow, help identify and implement strategies and tactics that will take things to the next level.
5-10 years in influencer marketing, social, or creator partnerships. You've done this before—ideally at a startup, DTC brand, gaming company, or creator economy platform where you had to be scrappy.
A portfolio of moments. You can point to specific campaigns that broke through. You know what worked, what didn't, and why. You have stories.
Native platform fluency. You live on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X. You can name creators that will help Hedra expand our presence in AI and marketing ecosystems without Googling. You understand how social algorithms actually work.
End-to-end influencer experience. You've managed the full cycle: finding creators, pitching them, negotiating rates, writing briefs, managing deliverables, tracking performance. You're not above sending invoices.
Speed and autonomy. You've worked in environments where you had to move fast with imperfect information. You don't need hand-holding. You see gaps and fill them.
Strong taste. You know the difference between a brand that's participating authentically and one that's trying too hard. You have opinions about what's good.
