About the Role
Dandy is looking for a compensation leader to establish best practices that attract and retain top-talent. This person will be responsible for understanding employee motivation at Dandy and implementing fair and attractive compensation and benefit plans that improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
What You'll Do
Evaluate, and modify if necessary, existing compensation programs, policies, and processes
Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan and values
Ensure all programs, policies, and processes (e.g. salaries and benefits) comply with the current legislation
Identify trends and conduct internal research on employee satisfaction to implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
Keep track of market trends to ensure Dandy offers competitive compensation packages
Own compensation communications, system administration, and employee resources
Collaborate with People and Recruiting teams to design and train on competitive job offers
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Compensation Leader or similar role
Experience designing and managing compensation and equity programs for a fast-growing company
Strong experience with equity compensation/incentive programs
Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
Hands-on experience managing compensation within a HRIS or payroll software system
Able to both, think strategically and operationally - attention to detail
Familiarity with labor legislation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills
Strong people and project management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Bonus Points For
Relevant certifications, such as a CEBS or SHRM certification
Tech-startup experience
Demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly and begin building at lightning speed
