The role:

We are seeking a strategic and data driven Compensation Professional to lead the design and implement our global compensation programs. This role will ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives while driving organizational clarity through job architecture and career frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Executive Compensation: Partner with senior leadership to design and manage executive compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentives, and long-term equity. Own preparation of materials for Board and Compensation Committee meetings, including design recommendations, peer group benchmarking, and proposal rationale.
  • Broad Based Compensation: Oversee internal salary structure, external market benchmarking, and annual merit / bonus cycle planning to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Job Architecture & Career Framework: Develop and maintain a consistent global job architecture and leveling framework across the organization to support career development and internal mobility.
  • Incentive Plan Design: Manage sales and corporate bonus program design that drive performance and align with company objectives through partnership with finance teams and business leaders.
  • Long Term Incentive Program: Manage equity compensation, including plan design, administration and partner with Finance / Legal teams to model grant expense, budget forecasts, and support regulatory filings.
  • People Analytics: Use data driven insights to identify trends, guide compensation strategy, and equip the business to make informed equitable people related decisions. Including, establishing data standards, developing and rolling out standard dashboard reporting, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all reporting requirements.
  • Workday (Compensation): Configure compensation module to streamline and automate merit, bonus, and equity cycle planning.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
  • System requirements: in-depth/expert knowledge of Workday: HCM, Payroll, reporting and advanced compensation configuration/set up

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of $130,000 up to $200,000 per annum depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
