About Zero Proof

Zero Proof is an emerging venture currently in development through Montauk Capital’s studio. Zero Proof provides Certificate Authority for AI Agents, cryptographically proving who they are and what they can do. Our mission is to make multi-agent interactions safe, transparent and scalable, and to ensure that intelligent systems can operate safely, securely and with integrity, one cryptographic proof at a time.

About the Head of Commercial Role

As Head of Commercial, you’ll identify the commercial vision for Zero Proof and expand its deployments across finance, healthcare, and supply chain use cases. You will be responsible for building the GTM motion, sales function, and eventual commercial team. You’ll break into new spaces, identify partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth and long term strategic vision alongside the CEO. You’ll report directly to the CEO, and will be highly involved in aligning Zero Proof’s vision with customer demand, identifying high-ROI use cases in the AI-agent space, and leading the customer feedback loop that ensures high customer satisfaction while influencing the long-term product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Commercial Go-To-Market: Build and execute the GTM roadmap with a specific focus on payment platforms and infrastructure in the near term, with expansion to broader fintech, logistics, and healthcare use cases..

  • Deep Customer Development: Build and nurture relationships with early adopters in the agentic space; structure pilot programs and identify revenue expansion opportunities.

  • Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop: Serve as the "voice of the market," providing rigorous feedback to the CEO and tech team regarding competitive landscapes, customer friction points, product-market fit, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Business Development: Identify new commercial leads, drive existing and future pilots into recurring revenue models, and immediately take the reins on near term growth.

  • Strategic Communications: Support brand positioning to define Zero Proof as the industry standard for verifiable agent identity and secure transaction authority.

  • Partnership & Ecosystem Development: Map out the customer landscape across near-term and long-term verticals and identify, structure and execute creative partnership opportunities.

  • Business Model: Design and refine pricing, packaging, and business models that are sticky and scalable.

What You’ll Bring

  • Payments Growth: 5+ years driving growth and / or partnerships at a major payment services provider, card network,high-growth fintech, healthcare, or logistics startup.

  • Deep Technical Fluency: You have a "technical first" mindset and can take customer feedback into technical insights that can shape both the short and long term product roadmap.

  • Agentic Economy Expertise: A sophisticated understanding of the AI agent landscape, specifically the move to fully autonomous transactions..

  • Unrivaled Network: Access to a robust network of decision-makers across the sectors of focus, and ability to identify and attend relevant in-person networking events and conferences that provide as high-ROI networking opportunities for Zero Proof

  • Flexibility to Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently for meetings, events, and client engagements along with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain in-person relationships.

  • Strategic Feedback Native: Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and synthesize complex market signals and customer site feedback into clear product directives

  • Home Base: Having a base in SF or NYC (or willingness to move to either city) preferred
