We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead capital formation efforts. This role is solely focused on raising capital from start to finish, requiring a hands-on operator who can independently source, structure, and close investments. The Head of Capital Formation will work directly with both new and existing investors, driving fundraising strategy and execution to fuel the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead all aspects of capital raising, from investor sourcing to deal closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors while expanding the investor base
  • Develop and deliver compelling fundraising materials, presentations, and communications
  • Manage the full fundraising pipeline and ensure successful execution of capital commitments

Requirements

  • Proven track record of independently raising significant capital across multiple rounds.
  • Strong investor network with ability to access leading venture, institutional, and strategic investors
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $350,000 – $650,000 annually. 
Equity will be a significant component of total compensation, reflecting the scale and impact of this role. Actual pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total package may also include additional benefits, which will be shared if an employment offer is extended
