We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand and Awareness to lead the global brand strategy, elevate our market presence, and drive consistent growth in brand recognition. This role will be instrumental in shaping how the world sees PrimeXBT—across all markets, media, and communities.

You will oversee brand strategy, campaign execution, content creation, PR, influencer marketing, and community engagement—ensuring that our voice, identity, and values are aligned across every touchpoint.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and refine PrimeXBT’s brand identity and positioning to reflect our mission and competitive advantage.
  • Translate business objectives into effective branding strategies across global and local markets.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling storytelling and messaging across all brand touchpoints.
Brand Awareness & Growth
  • Lead high-impact campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and visibility across target regions and demographics.
  • Partner with media buyers, digital marketers, and agencies to optimize paid and organic brand exposure.
  • Track brand health KPIs (e.g., brand recall, engagement, mentions) and report on awareness growth.
Content & Communication
  • Oversee creation of on-brand content for social media, blog, video, paid ads, and partnerships.
  • Ensure clear, cohesive, and engaging messaging that supports user acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Content teams to communicate product updates and launches.
PR, Media & Influencer Relations
  • Drive earned media strategies and manage relationships with press and crypto/fintech journalists.
  • Identify and manage influencer collaborations and ambassador programs.
  • Develop and execute crisis communication plans when necessary.
Social Media & Community Engagement
  • Guide social media strategy, ensuring consistent voice and creative execution across platforms.
  • Align with community managers and moderators to amplify brand presence in Telegram, Discord, and forums.
  • Measure social sentiment and make proactive adjustments to increase brand advocacy.
Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships
  • Identify and lead strategic brand collaborations and sponsorships (e.g., fintech expos, esports, sports).
  • Negotiate terms and ensure high ROI from brand-aligned partnerships.
  • Measure impact and leverage partnerships for greater visibility.
Creative Direction & Brand Guidelines
  • Oversee brand design and visual identity across all media formats.
  • Maintain and evolve internal brand guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Lead the development of branded assets, campaigns, and marketing materials.
Performance & Analytics
  • Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for brand initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, brand lift surveys, and market research.
  • Present reports and insights to leadership and adjust strategy based on data.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Build and lead a high-performing brand and awareness team.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, UX, and Customer Support to align on messaging and priorities.
  • Act as a brand steward and champion across the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing in crypto.
  • Proven track record of leading brand awareness and positioning strategies in high-growth environments.
  • Experience managing global campaigns and working with multi-cultural teams.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto, Web3, or financial trading landscape.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, PR, influencer marketing, and digital branding.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in brand analytics and campaign measurement.
  • Team leadership and agency/vendor management experience.
