What you can expect

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Americas Regional Marketing Leader to drive pipeline, accelerate ARR growth, and strengthen our market presence across North America and Latin America. This role will lead a high-impact team across Field Marketing & Events, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Channel/Partner Marketing, working hand-in-hand with Sales and Global Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs).

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator, someone who can architect regional programs while also rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless execution. They thrive in matrixed environments, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and know how to translate marketing investments into measurable sales outcomes.

About the Team

We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand engagement to business growth. We unify partnerships, Tier 1 events, social media, and advertising into one cohesive strategy designed to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline across the Zoom portfolio. Our work spans the full funnel, and we stay relentlessly focused on outcomes and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy & Leadership

    • Developing and executing the Americas marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities, ARR targets, and pipeline goals.

    • Leading, inspiring, and growing a team across field marketing, events, ABM, and channel marketing.

    • Partnering with global COE teams (demand generation, brand, content, digital, comms) to activate global campaigns.

  • Field Marketing & Events

    • Driving regional demand generation through strategic events, executive programs, and localized campaigns.

    • Leading presence at industry trade shows, regional customer events, and executive roundtables to build brand and pipeline.

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

    • Building and executing ABM programs for top enterprise and strategic accounts, partnering closely with Sales to deliver personalized engagement and influence opportunities.

    • Measuring impact of ABM efforts on pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion.

  • Channel & Partner Marketing

    • Developing and executing marketing programs with key channel and alliance partners to expand reach and generate joint pipeline.

    • Building partner marketing motions that support indirect revenue growth and deepen partner engagement.

  • Sales Partnership

    • Acting as a trusted partner to regional Sales leadership, aligning on go-to-market priorities, coverage models, and pipeline requirements.

    • Ensuring marketing programs are directly tied to sales outcomes with clear attribution to pipeline and ARR.

  • Measurement & Optimization

    • Owning regional marketing pipeline targets, ensuring alignment to business objectives.

    • Monitoring performance of campaigns and programs, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 10 years of senior-level field marketing experience in the software and technology sectors.

  • Possess track record of driving measurable pipeline and ARR impact in partnership with enterprise sales teams.

  • Have expertise across field marketing, ABM, and channel marketing with strong knowledge of event strategy, executive programs, and partner ecosystems.

  • Have experience working in a global, matrixed organization with centralized COEs and regional execution.

  • Possess exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate and scale high-performing teams.

  • Have data-driven mindset and ability to translate marketing performance into sales outcomes.

  • Have excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$184,300.00

Maximum:

$403,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
