The Impact: Your Vision Will Shape the Next Era of Learning

As Head of AI Production, you’ll lead the charge in reimagining educational media. You’ll direct the production of AI-driven, cinematic content that inspires students and resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll blend traditional production craft with bold AI experimentation—testing, iterating, and learning faster than anyone else.

This isn’t just about making videos. It’s about inventing what comes after video: experiences where students don’t just watch but interact, learn, and thrive.

What You’ll Build & Lead

• Next-Gen Learning Content: Shape a new standard of cinematic educational storytelling that rivals the best of digital media.
• AI-First Production: Harness emerging AI tools to script, edit, animate, and produce at unprecedented speed and scale.
• Platform-Native Creativity: Create content designed for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the next platforms students love.
• Rapid Experimentation: Prototype and test new formats constantly—measuring impact, iterating fast, and discarding what doesn’t work.
• Production Leadership: Recruit, inspire, and manage contractors, agencies, and creatives to deliver extraordinary, future-focused content.
• Interactive Futures: Explore new mediums like immersive video, AI-generated experiences, and interactive storytelling.

What You Bring

• Production Mastery: Proven track record leading video/media production at a high level, from concept to final cut.
• AI Curiosity & Boldness: Unapologetic enthusiasm for AI as a creative partner—constantly experimenting with tools that accelerate, scale, or reinvent media.
• Youth Culture Fluency: Deep understanding of what engages Gen Z/Gen Alpha, with instincts for trends and formats that break through on social platforms.
• Leadership Ability: Experience guiding teams of contractors, freelancers, or agencies to hit ambitious goals.
• Speed & Iteration Mindset: Thrives in environments where rapid testing and iteration matter more than perfection.
• Mission Alignment: Belief that education should feel inspiring, modern, and built for the way students actually live and learn.
