About EliseAI

EliseAI develops cutting-edge agentic AI technology for industries fundamental to our lives: housing and healthcare. Everything is built on the foundation of health and home. Broken systems or ineffective processes in these domains have a disproportionate impact on our quality of life and society’s overall wellbeing. Conversely, any solution or technology that solves problems in these areas will have an impact that ripples far beyond them.

That’s the only kind of impact we are interested in having at EliseAI. If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.

We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.

About the Role

As Director of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you’ll design and execute highly targeted, high-impact marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue from EliseAI’s most valuable accounts. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to identify priority accounts, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and measure the impact of ABM on deal velocity and win rates.

This is a hands-on, IC strategic role where you’ll combine creativity, precision targeting, and data-driven execution to influence decision-makers in complex B2B sales cycles. You’ll be responsible for building a scalable ABM program that aligns perfectly with our enterprise go-to-market strategy.

As Director of ABM, you’ll have the opportunity to build EliseAI’s ABM function from the ground up—directly influencing our most strategic deals and shaping how we engage enterprise accounts. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and precision execution, making a measurable impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • ABM strategy ownership – Build and lead a multi-tiered ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) that aligns with sales priorities and growth objectives
Target account selection & insights – Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify high-value accounts and develop actionable account intelligence

  • Multi-channel orchestration – Plan and execute integrated campaigns using personalized content, digital ads, direct mail, events, and executive programs

  • Sales alignment & enablement – Work closely with sales teams to deliver playbooks, messaging, and content that support ABM outreach and accelerate deal cycles
Measurement & optimization – Define success metrics, track campaign impact on pipeline and revenue, and refine programs based on results

  • Technology & data integration – Leverage ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or similar) and integrate them with our MarTech stack for seamless execution

  • Cross-functional leadership – Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Content teams to create tailored campaigns for target accounts

  • Scalable program building – Establish repeatable ABM processes, from account selection to campaign reporting, ensuring long-term scalability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated ABM leadership role targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact from ABM programs

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and decision-making dynamics

  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or similar) and CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-touch campaigns across multiple stakeholders

  • Creative problem-solver with an analytical mindset and data-driven approach to optimization

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional partners

  • Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 4–5 days a week

Why Join

Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.

Benefits

In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:

  • Equity in the company in the form of stock options

  • Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%

  • Fully paid parental leave

  • Commuter benefits

  • 401k benefits

  • Monthly fitness stipend

  • A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch

  • Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program

  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays

  • Relocation packages to make the move exciting, not painful!

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $165,000 – $195,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
