The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Three to five years’ experience in litigation.
- Significant litigation experience in areas of residential and commercial landlord-tenant habitability, and premises liability.
- Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
- The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, be highly organized & have impeccable communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks.
- Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
