Role Mission
Based in Beverly Hills, the Senior Manager, Global Entertainment Industry Relations – plays a pivotal role in elevating Gucci’s brand positioning within the global fashion and entertainment industries. They will support and help execute strategic initiatives for VIP relations across North America, acting as a key ambassador of the Creative Director’s vision. By leveraging a strong network within the entertainment ecosystem, including celebrities, athletes, artists, and tastemakers, they will drive visibility, cultural relevance, and long-term value for the brand.
This role is critical in supporting the VP of Global Entertainment Industry Relations in Los Angeles and shaping Gucci’s presence on red carpets, at global events and cultural moments, while ensuring operational excellence in the LA office and showroom.

Job Description

Role Mission

Based in Beverly Hills, the Senior Manager, Global Entertainment Industry Relations – plays a pivotal role in elevating Gucci’s brand positioning within the global fashion and entertainment industries. This individual will support and help execute strategic initiatives for VIP relations across North America, acting as a key ambassador of the Creative Director’s vision. By leveraging a strong network within the entertainment ecosystem, including celebrities, athletes, artists, and tastemakers, they will drive visibility, cultural relevance, and long-term value for the brand.

This role is critical in supporting the VP of Global Entertainment Industry Relations in Los Angeles and shaping Gucci’s presence on red carpets, at global events and cultural moments, while ensuring operational excellence in the LA office and showroom.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and oversee all fittings taking place in the LA market, inclusive of organization, communication and execution under the direction of the EIR VP.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the LA showroom, sample closet, trafficking of all samples, retail pulls and returns, receiving and sending shipments and local messengers – with the support of the LA supervisor and temp position as directed by the VP.
  • Oversee all LA office relations with the retail network, inclusive of store communication, sample trafficking/consignments, budget overview reporting and VIP allowances management.
  • Accountable for all invoice processes and budget management under VP direction for custom and capsule EIR projects end to end.
  • Coordinate custom, One of a kind, made-to-order (MTO) and made-to-measure (MTM) sample requests throughout the year.
  • Research, identify and cultivate VIP targets for the brand across all target categories.
  • Build and maintain relationships, both local and international, with celebrities, athletes, artists, influencers, publicists, agents, managers and stylists.
  • Manage and support VIPs at company related events, launches and photo shoots and digital projects – inclusive of end-to-end dressing processes, logistics and talent communication.
  • Manage and coordinate all LA VIP seedings initiatives – including ideating targets, aligning budgets and executing deliveries.
  • Oversee and manage the global record keeping, reporting and budget management of all sample orders and custom projects.
  • Research and collaborate with the global EIR team on any needed worldwide reports, presentations and initiatives.
  • Strategize, implement and track VIP dressing for Gucci North America and Worldwide in alignment with the EIR VPs.
  • Liaise with LA Studio Services department to monitor film and celebrity shopping updates.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in VIP Relations or Entertainment within high-profile, global organizations; luxury background preferred, including outside the fashion sector.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment industry and a strategic approach to identifying and presenting new talent across fashion, art, and culture.
  • Proven ability to coordinate VIP dressing by collaborating with global communications offices and creative departments.
  • Strong network of industry contacts, including celebrities, agents, managers, stylists, and publicists, supported by excellent communication and social skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple fast-paced projects and competing deadlines across international teams.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset, adaptable to changing priorities, high-pressure situations, and frequent last-minute international travel.
